Eddie graduated from The Byam Shaw School of Art, at Central Saint Martins, London in 2006. During his time at "The Byam", Eddie put down the paintbrushes, and decided to concentrate his creation towards an interactive experience for the viewer. Whether it was collaborating with Samuel Smart on their infamous "Crying Machines", or making CCTV Camera masks for performers to wear around London Landmarks, he has always aimed to make people stop and question what they are taking part in or seeing. He is using the body as an artistic tool, rather than just painting or drawing the message he is trying to convey. Edward Eldridge's work will make you stop, think and maybe even scratch your head.
Currently setting up a record label (Amecca Records), Eddie sees his creative output as a genre spanning and curatorial role.
